GM Development bought the parcel with a thesis: deliver modern condominium living at downtown-adjacent prices, in a building that fits the nineteenth-century scale of its neighbors rather than replacing it. MA+KE Architecture handled floor plans and construction documents. Lars Bildman is the builder of record. MODUS Real Estate leads sales and marketing.
